Reflexology

Pressure is applied to areas on the feet (or the hands) to relax and help alleviate stress.

Hot Stones:

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply.

Focuses on selected muscles on the back using slow pin point pressure to break the stress-tension pain cycle by relaxing the muscles.
