Office Policies


Your Visit:

• Please silence your cell phone during the session, unless we have discussed leaving it on for specific reasons.


We request you be courteous and give a 24-hour notice for cancellation of an appointment.

Please be on time to your appointment. It is possible that your appointment will be given to someone else if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.
Financial Responsibility

You are responsible for the price of the full service at the time of the service. Insurance is not accepted at this time.

ALL MAJOR Credit cards accepted as well as personal checks and cash.
Payments must be made in person.

Release of Medical Records

There will be a release to sign incase all of your medical records on file in this office, for the purpose of processing your claims, to the following: your attorney, the healthcare providers attending to this condition, and the insurance case managers are needed. Medical records will not be edited unless otherwise stated in an exclusive release of medical records signed through your attorney.

Informed Consent and Client Agreement:

• The massage therapist will only use those techniques within the scope of practice which is deemed appropriate for your treatment.

• Massage therapy is strictly therapeutic and therefore strictly non-sexual.

• If you behave inappropriately during the session, the massage therapist has the right to end the massage, and you will be charged the full amount for the appointment. Charges may be pressed depending on the severity of the behavior.

• While therapeutic, massage is not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Some kinds of massage may be inappropriate for certain medical conditions, and you should inform the massage therapist of your medical history to the best of your knowledge. If you omit anything that leads to negative results, it is your responsibility and not that of the massage therapist.
